From Copenhagen Airport to Odense
A highspeed train (Intercity Lyn) will take you directly from Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup Lufthavn) to Odense Railway Station in less than two hours. For more information visit the train’s website at dsb.dk/en.
From Billund Airport to Odense
Billund Airport is situated an hour’s drive from Odense. If you arrive in Billund, you can either rent a car or use public transportation to Odense Railway Station. There are direct buses from Billund Airport to the City of Vejle. From Vejle you can jump on a direct train to Odense. For more information visit Billund Airport’s website at bll.dk.
How do I park at the conference venue ODEON?
- Park your car in the underground parking facility
- Take the stairs or the elevator up to ODEON
- When you leave, check out with your number plate information at one of the many ticket machines placed in the facility.
- Pay by card, Mobile Pay or coins
- Feel free to leave the parking facility with your car (and hopefully return next year!)

Tickets are sold online through this website, and they will arrive in your inbox immediately. Just print the confirmation email and bring it to the forum, and we’ll have your name badge and goodie bag ready. Registration & check-in
Registration takes place in the morning on the days of the conference, and you only need to register once. When you have received your name badge and goodie bag, you can enjoy a light breakfast with the other attendees until the program begins.

What sort of food will I enjoy during the conference?
We serve a beautiful, healthy and high-quality range of buffet foods for all tastes and diets from the excellent restaurant in ODEON. All meals, snacks, drinks, coffee & tea is included in your ticket. No alcohol will be served throughout the day.
At the optional Networking Dinner in the evening on Wednesday, September 25, we will serve a three-course gala menu with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
